I have been a fan of the 1-click Promotions. I Especially am glad to see the frequency which last I checked was about 2-3 monthly(might be more now). Any Promotion run by city hive and the retailer 50-50 is ok with me. Occasionally however, some promotions are not 50-50. In-Fact I believe there was one for valentines day which was 100% retailer sponsored.

I'd love to be able to set 1-click campaigns with the 50-50 split to be 'send it for me' and all others to 'ask me first'
