This has been a Pain for us for years. Don't understand why this isn't possible. When customers messes up with putting wrong Adress or they forget to add a Unit or Apartment number they contact us to make a change but unfortunately we can't because it's locked up for us retailers to do so, only cityhive has to make those changes. LThis a Serious inconvenience. Many times no one picks up the phone when we need this done within 24 hours and or our email requests get ignored, lost or forgotten to get the request done. Honestly this should've been a priority years ago as it should be done by now. I'm surprised no one has Mentioned or Even Request this to be Changed for better convenience for us and our Bottom line of profit and convenience.
