Ability to Edit Orders After Accepting

There are a number of things that can happen between the store and the customer, and the ability to add or remove items after accepting would be more efficient than having to submit a ticket. On that note, if a ticket is submitted, there should be a note or something in the order so that the ticket can be tracked--we just have to guess if it ever reached someone or if it was handled.

This is supported. After clicking accept, users with admin and manager permissions can click on Full Info/Edit to see the full order details. From there, click edit on the top right and make any changes needed!
Secondly, on the full order page, there is a section to add notes to the order. I would recommend adding any internal comments there.
