Require a Reason when Declining an Order

We’d like to put in a feature request that when a store declines an order, they be forced to put the reason. Our team wants to know the reason stores are declining orders and we can’t know if they don’t have it recorded with the order.
Can you please see if this is possible? Write now it is optional to set a reason, but most stores are not filling it in and so all we know is “order was declined by merchant”. Not enough to go on.
