I've had a few customers call panicked that they got scammed as they have no idea who "CityHive" is and why they are sending them texts and emails.

All communications to customers should come for "us", not "CityHive".

One of the main reasons we work with City Hive is to build our own brand ... I'm surprised the notifications go from City Hive.
