I think it would be great for a customer to mark that we can substitute items if we are out of stock, and also check off if they would not like a substitution on particular items. If we end up being out of stock, we have to call the customer to check to see if it's okay to provide a substitute, and having them mark it off in advance would be super efficient.

Currently the customer only sees shipping options when they click "Deliver". but Deliver in our market means LOCAL DELIVERY, so it is confusing that to see shipping options they need to click deliver, then enter an address, THEN they get delivery options.

We have items we do not ship but still want those items to be available for In-Store Pick up. We need to be able to tag those items as pick up only and have a warning show up on the product landing page.

There should be a separate and quite visible option for entering an additional name for customer pickup/delivery in the event that the original customer could not pick up their product personally. While they can enter this in delivery/pickup notes, this option should have it's own separate section during checkout.

We don't ship certain size bottles but do allow them for pickup. There should be on option to choose Pickup only for products

Lots of customers like when they shop to be able to read the label. Unfortunately, Label are written in small character and even me cannot read it when on the website. I have the choice to add closer picture, but the best is that customer will be able to zoom in to be able to read the label. or a magnifier will be great too. This will be a super uprade for Cityhive. and for all your clients that use your program for their website and app. thanks

If an item is hidden we should have the ability to create a private URL for the hidden item to allow certain customers to order it.

We would like a better process for holding shipping orders. Customers should be able to schedule a shipping order to ship similar to how they can schedule delivery orders. In the merchant dashboard, we would also need a way to manage which orders should ship when.

Guests should be able to access their order history via the profile button on the homepage, now with the removal of the order history in the side menu
