Ability to send someone a quote without requiring payment information.

We do not want to force customers to choose a pickup window. This leads to confusion (and phone calls) if they think they won't make it to the store in the given window and also creates some issues of we complete the order before their window opens, etc. I understand why some stores would want that feature, but we would like the option to turn it off altogether.

Ability to say a product is only $X dollars to ship without affecting any of the other products in the cart.

This has been a Pain for us for years. Don't understand why this isn't possible. When customers messes up with putting wrong Adress or they forget to add a Unit or Apartment number they contact us to make a change but unfortunately we can't because it's locked up for us retailers to do so, only cityhive has to make those changes. LThis a Serious inconvenience. Many times no one picks up the phone when we need this done within 24 hours and or our email requests get ignored, lost or forgotten to get the request done. Honestly this should've been a priority years ago as it should be done by now. I'm surprised no one has Mentioned or Even Request this to be Changed for better convenience for us and our Bottom line of profit and convenience.

It would be a lot easier for merchants to pay a monthly credit card and transaction fee like they do with major credit cards. At the end of every month we pay the processing fees for our credit cards not per transaction. The more transactions you have the more complicated it becomes. It would simplify our accounting process if done this way. The amount our POS Sales report says should be deposited in the bank never matches the amount we actually get because of the fee being subtracted right away. Balancing the amount deposited to the bank with our actual sales requires working backwards and gets more complicated the more sales we do making us want to do less of our sales online which in turn you get to take less of. It would be a lot simpler if you just calculated how much we owe you (like major credit card companies do) and bill us at the end of the month.

Can we have Tip Availability for any Order Method. Pick-Up, local Delivery & Shipping. BFor the Store Employees to Share.

We have customer feedback that the current layout to select near-term delivery options is very confusing. It is not intuitive that the customer must click on the dropdown arrow to find additional delivery dates/times for the remainder of the day or the next week. Instead, customers that don't want immediate delivery are selecting "Or choose a future date" and only receiving date options 7+ days in the future. Please expand the instruction to "Click dropdown for other delivery times, or click <here> for 7+ days in the future"

I'd like the ability to set a subtotal minimum on Curbside/Pickup orders.
