Having to choose the same default levels for both pickup and delivery orders means we can't select the levels we want for each. Separating them out, so we could select levels individually, would fix this issue.

When users add products to a customer's cart within the CityHive Customer Details page, there is an issue where these products fail to appear in the customer's cart upon subsequent logins. Despite successful addition during the session, the cart remains empty when the customer logs back in, resulting in a disconnect between added items and the user's cart.

I know we have the ability to choose tipping levels (up to three); however I have come across a processor who is able to change from $ amount to % levels. For example: We know that we would like the customers to tip at lease $3. So, we set it up so that if the subtotal is more than $30, the suggested tip levels are 10%($3+), 15% and 18%; however for subtotals below $30 the tip levels are $3, $5, $7. there is always custom at the end for both scenarios and the 1st tip level is always default. Most people don't change the default tip (at least in our area). I thought this was genius and worthy of developing on city hive.

Really think there needs to be an option for this. I know myself as a shopper prefer this option and I'm positive many others do as well and can cause customers to not want to complete the checkout process. Understand want to capture emails and other data but always want to give customer the option or an incentive to do so not take away the option. I believe would have a very positive impact on customer experience not having to create or log into an account at each purchase. Thank you

Currently CityHive only have time frame for one hour time intervals for customers to choose from. If customers who lives one to two blocks away from us, they don't get ASAP deliveries. For instance, if a customer place an order at 12:05pm, they would have to choose time frame 1pm-2pm for the items to be deliver. We should add an "ASAP" feature for customers to receive orders at a sooner time.

It would be a lot easier for merchants to pay a monthly credit card and transaction fee like they do with major credit cards. At the end of every month we pay the processing fees for our credit cards not per transaction. The more transactions you have the more complicated it becomes. It would simplify our accounting process if done this way. The amount our POS Sales report says should be deposited in the bank never matches the amount we actually get because of the fee being subtracted right away. Balancing the amount deposited to the bank with our actual sales requires working backwards and gets more complicated the more sales we do making us want to do less of our sales online which in turn you get to take less of. It would be a lot simpler if you just calculated how much we owe you (like major credit card companies do) and bill us at the end of the month.

Current processing fee is 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction. Far higher than we currently pay. Needs to be lowered.

A few times employees (particularly new ones) have hit fulfill before the order has been fulfilled. Make it possible to edit the order and restore the status to "accepted"

A case for 187ml bottles = 24units, not 12units.
