We used have our Individual account setup for local delivery and had control with any potential or actual issues because the account setup was ours to control. Sinc Doordarsh and or Uber accounts are setup with cityhive it's been hard to communicate with customers regarding any issues especially Cityhive after hours. We shouldn't want to depend upon cityhive upon anything because it doesn'thelp us be independent of our business relationships, resourcesand growth. Cityhive shouldn't have any control of anything that especially we might need support for after hours.
