It would be nice to see the CH transaction fee subtracted from the settlement amount to verify the amount we will be getting paid out at the end of our disbursements.

As you know, we previously utilized a system that allowed us to print receipts for DoorDash and Grubhub orders directly from their tablets, which we then attached to the respective orders. This process was not only efficient but also enhanced our order management significantly. Since transitioning to having our DoorDash and Grubhub orders synchronized through CityHive, I would like to explore the possibility of developing a similar receipt printing solution within this new framework. It is crucial for us to maintain an organized workflow and ensure that each order is processed accurately and efficiently. Implementing this feature could greatly improve our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. I believe it would be a valuable addition to our current setup.

I don't understand why I can't delete old discounts myself that are not needed anymore. Just to clean out the clutter, can we be allowed a delete button?

For the new 1-Click Campaigns the following would assist with maximizing the benefits: Ability to download images for use with creating additional campaigns related to the same campaign. Ability to edit the content, audience, and scheduled time for the selected campaigns. Ability to send a test email/push for the proposed campaign

Please add this to the customer's followup messaging so they can easily see where the driver is.

HI I would like to see if you can develop a retailer app where drivers and orders are accepted on the phone. when a customer comes to pick it up or the driver delivers they are able to scan a customer ID for verification. I hope it will help merchants win chargebacks too. Thanks

We need the ability to edit the content to support the promotion of the sponsored campaigns. I've had occasions where the code was incorrect within the body of the content, and I needed to correct it. Additionally, we need to customize the email and push notifications (particularly the emails) to include the content formatting we already use and specific product promotions. Without enabling the auto-publishing of the posts, there is no way to use the graphics to promote the campaign and it requires a lot of time to create new graphics when they already exist.

Looks like When I request a customer to reply with approval of product changes on their orders the reply email is no longer coming to my email it's going to Cityhive. This is unacceptable and it's very dangerous especially when we require proof of customers agreeing of changes. Also we are not getting those emails of product email anymore. Sometime in the last few months this was changed by Cityhive and it should revert the emails back to the retailer's emails again.

When we create a discount for buy 2 save $5 which is common right now It should give a $5 Discount when you buy two and if you buy 3 the discount should still be only $5 not jump to $7.50 The discount should only go up only if they buy two more giving them 4 bottles then the discount would be $10.00
