Since customers can't use in-store gift cards online, the error message for incorrect gift card # during checkout should include a message saying that 'In-store gift cards can't be used for online purchases' or something to that effect.

Agreed! I think the ultimate goal should be to allow for in-store gift cards to be used in City Hive.

Michael Fisch - Gary's Wine: Totally. Have said this from day 1. It's awkward to separate loyalty programs in such a way. Honestly please work more diligently on 2 way integrations in general. I understand its difficult but I have faith your developers will find a way.
