Looks like When I request a customer to reply with approval of product changes on their orders the reply email is no longer coming to my email it's going to Cityhive. This is unacceptable and it's very dangerous especially when we require proof of customers agreeing of changes. Also we are not getting those emails of product email anymore. Sometime in the last few months this was changed by Cityhive and it should revert the emails back to the retailer's emails again.
