Delivery Window Improvements

We are receiving several complaints from customers "not receiving" their deliveries on the expected date/time, only to find out the customer actually selected the next day.
Apparently these customers are somehow overlooking the date header above the window options.
Can we preface each delivery window option with the date to reinforce the exact day AND time?
I've attached an example that is (hopefully) a simple addition that would (hopefully) help eliminate these user errors.
